summary

The authors describe 84 children with duplication anomalies of the upper uri­nary tract in whom various diagnostic and therapeutic methods had to be used. An own classification of these anomalies is suggested which facilitates the deci-sion about the management and may be used as a basis for comparing the the­rapeutic results.
