Surgical treatment of refflux in patients with double ureter

summary

A modyfication of the operation for reflux in cases of double ureter is des­cribed. The ureter were reimplanted by the method of Laedbeter-Politano but at the peripheral and of the double ureter a broad flap was left which couild be easily sutured tato the bladder wall obtaining dn this way a fairly Strong fixation. Five patients were treated by this method with good result.
