summary

A 26-year-old man is described who had simultaneously two tumours in the testicles and gynaecomastia. After orchidectomy the patient was given chemothe­rapy and then the retroperitoneal lymph nodes were removed. The right testicle contained an embryonal carcinoma, the left one the structures of a teratocarci­noma,embryonal carcinoma, yolk-sac tumour, choriocareinoma.
