summary

The management is described after detection of renal tumours by ultrasono-graphy, without presence of tumour signs on urograms. Patients with haematuria and ultrasonographic image of renal tumour are operated on, although this image is not always confirmed on urography. In case of accidental diagnostic of renal tumour without haematuria urography is done. If the ultrasonographic diagnosis is confirmed, the patient is operated on, if confirmation is lacking ultrasonography is repeated and Computerized tomography is done. Confirmation of the USG diag­nosis by tomography is an indication to operation. In case of divergent angiography is done. If diagnostic doubts persist and if the suggestion of solid renal lesions is repeated in successive ultrasonographic investigation:s, the patient is qualified for operation.
