summary

A method is described for the treatment of hypospadia involving the glans and the retroglandular sulcus. The method was suggested by Duckett. The ope­ration was done in 30 patients with good cosmetic and functional result. Attention is called to the technical details (of the operation and its limitations. The authors recommend the method as a second stage of Byars, operation in deep hypospadia.
