summary

The article presents the evaluation of anatrophic nephrolithotomy of staghorn nephrolithiasis. Following complications were found: excessive intraoperalive blee­ding ? 14 times, post-operative bleeding ? 3 times, urinary fistula ? 4 times, a smali renal infraction ? 19 times. Small deposits were left in 19 kidneys. In connection with the operation, 3 kidneys were removed. Two patients died after operation be­cause of non-renal reasons. The method was found safe and effective.
