summary

The authors presented their own procedure of supplying the ureter stump consisting in longitudinal incision of its wall and underpinning at the top of the incision.
The method was applied in 11 children. In follow-up examinations all the children had a proper secretory function of the presenved renal segment, none of them had reflux into the twin ureter.
