- Granuloma formation was described in 18 male patients on the skin and in the subcutaneous tissue of the penis caused by injection of yarious oily substances aiming to increase the size of the penis. Radical removal of scar tissue and placing of the scalped penis under the skin of the scrotum and its extracting from the scrotum after 2?4 months gave a good anatomical and functional result in 16 cases. In only 2 patients with smallest lesions it was possible to suture the margins of the penile skin defect in a one-step operation.
