- A new method of coagulopyelolithotomy using a mixture of cryoprecipitate with calcium chloride makes possible obtaining of casts of the pyelocalyceal system embedding the calculi, which is sufficiently resistant to stretching and enables the concrements to be removed completely. The major advantage of the method is the easiness of Coagulum obtaining. A child aged 2.5 years was treated by this method for calculi in the left kidney.
