summary

A method is described of induction of artificial penile erection with filling of the cavernous bodies with physiological saline after putting of a clamp on the penis at its base. The method was used in 64 cases treated for hypospadias. In­duction of artificial erection helps in evaluating of the radical perfotrmance of elongation during the operation. No complications of this method were observed.
