The paper presents the results of treatment by VLAP procedure for 42 patients with

Symptomatic BPH. The effecthmess of treatment was evaluated from 1 to 6 month after

the VLAP procedure. The result of treatment by VLAP, concerning subjective and ob-

jective miction parameters to be well justified. No early or late postoperative complica-

tion observed.
