Now icreased possibilities for neoplasms treatment lead to long time obserations
of patients. In one of them can appear second primary neoplasm. 102 patients were
treated for malignant neoplasma of the genitourinary system organs, in whom second
primary neoplasm was also diagnosed. In 43% patients the both neoplasms were found
in the genitourinary system organs. Urinary bladder carcinoma was most often found
to be concomitant with prostate carcinoma (30% patients). In 68% patients the both
neoplasms were diagnosed from 1 to 8 years after the first diagnosis.
