summary
- A patient with microscopic diagnosis of malignant renal fibrohistiocytoma is presented.
- This rarely occurring tumor had not characteristic features on ultrasonography nor in
- CT scan and coexisted whith a simple cyst of the kidney wich made a dignosis more
- difficult. The only signs and symptoms of possible neoplstic disease were: high
- sedimentation rate, abdominal pain and an incident of painless hematuria. Liver
- metastases were noted 3 months after surgical treatment of primary tumor.
