summary
- Two cases of the scrotal bladder hernia (SBH) are reported and its clinical features discussed. The related literature is briefly reviewed. Case 1. In a 7-years old boy SBH was diagnosed postoperatively because of urine leakage from the wound due to inadvertent injury of the bladder during the operation. One day after herniorrhaphy the bladder was repaired with a two-layer closure and transurethral catheter drainage. Case 2. A 35-years old obese man had two-years history of voiding discomfort and two-stage micturition. Clinical features and cystography suggested SBH. This diagnosis was confirmed intraoperatively.
