The authors present a case of 65 years old male with the Fournier^ gangrenę

of penis, scrotum, perineum et hypogastrium, successfully treated byextensive

necrectomy and adequate drainage, broad Spectrum antibioticotherapy and an-

tishock procedures. The patient has been cured with a good cosmetic effect.
