The paper presents a 62-years old man with a metastatic tumour of epidi-

dymis. That was the first symptom of kidney cell clarocellulare tumour. As

many as 30% of renal tumours are diagnosed accidentally. The described

case indicates the advancement of the disease, 8 mounth after nephrectomy

and orchoepididymectomy patient died.
