- The paper presents a 62-years old man with a metastatic tumour of epidi-
- dymis. That was the first symptom of kidney cell clarocellulare tumour. As
- many as 30% of renal tumours are diagnosed accidentally. The described
- case indicates the advancement of the disease, 8 mounth after nephrectomy
- and orchoepididymectomy patient died.
