summary

The author analysed the urological disease entities occuring in different age groups in patients treated at the Department of Urology, Institute of Surgery, Medical Academy in Gdańsk in the time period from Dec 2 1971 to Sept 30 1975. The analysed comprised 3023 patients of both sexes. The results are presented in tables. A correlation was demon­strated between the age of the treated patients and the most freąuent diseases such as ne-phrolithiasis and ureterolithiasis, prostatic ade-noma, malignant neoplasms of the urogeni-tal system, acquired and congenital malfor-mations, urogenital tuberculosis.
