summary

Material and methods. Uretreocalicostomy had been done in 2 patients as the
primary operation and in 11 patients as secondary because of complications
subse±uent to a primary operation in shape of the ureteropelvic obstruction
or urinary fistula.
Results. At 2 (16%) patients after performing of primary ureterocalicostomy
the good results of operation had been gained. At 11 (84%) patients after performing
the secondary ureterocalicostomy we had gained the satisfactory results at 7
63.6%) patients who were demonstrated good renal function. In 4 (36.4%
it was necessary to perform nephrectomy.
Conclusions. 1. Ureterocalicostomy is the method of choice in case without
possibility of anatomical ureteropeMc reconstruction. 2. The best results were
gained at patients at whom anastomosis had been performed primary and in
patients operated 2 to 6 months after the first operation.
