Objectives. An original method of fresh pooperative prostate specimens microangiography is presented.

Material and methods. Material consists of microangiographic studies of 9 glands obtained during from cystoprostatectomies and

radical prostatectomies. Specimens were injected with contrast media, fixed, sliced and X-rayed. Results and conclusions. Microangiography is a difficult method but pictures obtained in our study give an unique look on angio-

architecture of prostate. Improving of this method may allow a better understanding of prostate cancer vascularization
