summary

The use of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of lymphocele after allogenic kidney transplantation was presented. We observed this complication in 25 of 126 renal transplant recipients, and 10 of them underwent laparoscopic procedure. None of the patients had any postoperative complications. The use of laparoscopy after kidney transplantation has no influence on the immunosuppression schedule, is a safe method and reduces a the patnient\'s slay in hospital.
