summary

Psoas hitch consists in cystopexy to the iliopsoas muscle on the side of the ureter reimplarutanted into bladder. Psoas hitch was applied in 14 children, in 5 of them bilaterally, in whom ureteris were reimplantanted to the bladder due to complications after previous ureterocystoneostomy. Surgery was successful in 11 children (1619 of ureter implants). Psoas hitch allows to achieve an exterisive area of immobile back bladder wall and therefore creates good conditions for ureter transplant free of tension and an ade±uately long submucous part of ureter. Psoas hitch is special value in patients who need retransplantation of ureter into bladder.
