- The paper presents a female patient with inflammatory tumour of the urinary bladder infiiltrating the peritoneum, the ileum, the cecum with appendix, and the ascending colon. There were performed — a partial cystectomy, resection of 1 m of ileum and cecum with apendectomy, and of the ascending colon. Continuity of digestive tract was restored by end to end anastomosis of srnall intestine with transverse colon.
