summary

Evaluation of the risk of pregnancy, labour and the newborn condition in 44 women after surgeries for refluxes performed in childhood allowed to find substantial differences to the disadvantage of those operated after the age of 10. It is expressed by signifficantly more fre±uent occurence of ERH gestose and inflammation of the urinary tract.
Pregnancy deteriorates the existing renal deficiency condition but has no negative effect on efficient kidneys. Statistically insignifficant differences were found in the fertility, way of completing labour and condition of a newborn as compared to the healthy controls
