summary

Obserations of 7 women with vesico-histeral fistula as a result of ceasar cutting complication.
The cases were diagnosed on the basis of interviews, radiological examination and cystoscopy. In 5 cases fistulas were localised with ultrasound examinations, 4- 18 months after caesar cutting. In all patients uterus was presented and complete recovery after the first operation was observed.
