The paper presents total parenteral nutrition as \"All in One\" with its Principles and

conditions administered to patients after cystectomy with intestinal neobladder. Authors believe

that this is effective and complementary method for postoperative care creating good conditions

for neobladder, intestinal anastomosis and wound healing.
