summary

Authors described 14 patients with advanced urinary bladder cancer, who underwent
operation of implantation of ureters tu sigmoid according to Goodwin. Treatment was
performed in 2 stages. In the first stage, ureters were implanted to sigmoid and after 3 weeks
bladder was cut out. The authors think, that anastomosis ureters with sigmoid is a less
mutilation for patients than divertion of ureters to the skin and assures a better comfort of life
