summary

The results are compared of the determination of certain immunological parameters in cases of prostatic adenoma before the operation and on the ninth day after adenomectomy by Millin's method. Postoperative restoration recorded immu-nologically on the ninth day was not yet completed in these cases. Moreover, it was demonstrated that the rosette activity of the lymphocytes and metabolic acti-vity of granulocytes were significantly lowered in relation to the initial values before the operation. In patients with prostatic adenoma before the operation the immunologie tests should be done for evaluating the degree of operation risk.
