We know many causes of perirenal absceses formation. It rarely occurs as the result of colon cancer, spreading or perforating to the perirenal space. We present the case of an ill person with perirenal abscess caused by the large intestine cancer. We have focused our attention on the division of perirenal abscesses, symptoms, diagnostic and the way of curative proceeding. In most causes per cutaneus drainage is the effective method.
