Introduction.

The incontinence is the worst complication after prostate and urethra surgery. Implantation of artificial sphincter is standard procedure in men with
urinary incontinence. The improvement of surgical technique and excellent results of sling procedure in women made new male tapes coming back in men.

Objectives.

The aim of this video is to present transobturator male sling procedure.

Materials and methods.

A 6 cm perineal incision was made in patient in lithotomic position, epidural anesthesia and after 10 min skin cleaning.16F Foley catheter was inserted to the bladder. The bulbocavernous muscle, bulbar urethra and the crus of the corpora cavernosa were exposed. The dissection between the crus and inferior pubic ramus bilaterally was made. 4 cm from midline bilaterally small skin incision was made to pull through the helical needle troacar and for passing J-STOP TOMS monofilament tape. In its final position the tape com-pressed the bulbar urethra. The ends of tape were cut. The tape was fixed by 4 sutures to the bulbocavernous muscle. The incisions of skin were closed.

Results.
