summary
- Isolated impalement injury to the urinary bladder is a very rare occurrence. We report a case of 23 old men with penetrating injury of
- the bladder. Penetrating object (steel bar) deposit into the bladder two threads from the jeans pants. One of them was voided with
- the urine, and the second one was removed endoscopicaly. Patient was then catheterised for 3 days. During following two months
- there was no dysuria or any pathology in the urine. Control cystoscopy performed two months after treatment showed no pathology
- in bladder wall.
