summary

One of the of arterial hypertension may be cystopelvic reflux into „smali kidney". There are two methods of surgical treatment, one with nephrectomy, the other by ureteral transplantation. Both methods reduce the arterial blood pressure if the operation is sufficiently early done. The authors based these conclusions on follow-up 9 patients operated upon for arterial hypertension.
