summary

In this paper is presented the case of patient who underwent in situ replacement of infected prosthesis to the arterial homograft which had been harvested during multiorgan procurement and stored with application of cold ischemia method. In the past patient was operated in case of retroperitoneal fibrosis complicated hydronephrosis and renal insufficient. The patient twice in the two years because of vascular complications was operated. After second operation stepped out complications of bleeding of fistula between renal artery and renal pelvis and bleeding of fistula of bladder.
