summary

The authors describe their experienices in the treatment of hypospadiasis by Grawford's method. The techni±ue of both stages of the operation is discussed. The otaservations are based on the results of ftreałment of 112 ohiMren with hypospa­diasis. In the light of the described experiences the auithors believe that the te-ohnique suggested by Craiwford is safe, complications are rare, and the functional and cosmetic results are good. The usufulness of pressure dressing put on the pe­nis after the operation is storessed.
