summary

The authors report cases of arterial hypertension ceused by unilateral renal di­sease. Three such patients are described. In one case angiography was impossible and urine exaiminaition seperately from each kidney was of decisive significance. The authors regard that early nephrectomy of the hypoplastic kidney gives a good chanoe of arehdving complete regression of hypertension.
