- The authors report a very rare case of calyceal papilloma in a boy aged 12 years treated by partial nephrectomy. The neoplasm was associated with nephro-lithiasis. The selection of the method of operation sparing the kidney was due to lacking correct diagnosis "before the operation. During 7 years of follow up no recurrence was observed.
