summary

A post voiding, non invasive, effective and simple method of ultrasonud esti­mation of urine residuing in bladder is presented. 500 patients were examinated with the use of a Bruel and Kjaer ultrasound scanner type 1846. All calculations necessary in such examinations are in the present method made by a Computer program for ellipsoid volume of the ultrasound scanner. The results have a 14,0°/o error margin.
