summary
- The article presents a female patient who underwent implanting a silicone ureter prosthesis. The ureter had been destroyed in the lower segment due to multiple operations, whose primary cause was the ligation of the ureter in the course of hysterectomy. A good result of the therapy confirms a high usefulness of the silicone prosthesis in filling ureter defects.
