summary

Renal carcinoma in a great percentage of cases tends to from metastases. The authors present 11 patients out of 114 patients operated due to renal carcinoma in whom the first symptom were metastases into the Skeletal system manifesting by pains and pathological fractures.
The authors call their attention to the fact that the presence of metastases in bones, even when there are no symptoms in the genitourinary system, should require detailed diagnostics of this system.
