summary

The case of 36 years old man with bilateral synchronous, with different histological
structure, testis tumour was presented. This man underwent bilateral radical orchiectomy,
chemotherapy according to BEP schema and bilateral retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy
afterwards. Although the follow up is only 10 months there are no signs of the active
neoplasmatic disease. The author has presented at the discussion the views on fre±uency,
modź of treatment and prognosis according to cutrent literature. The presented case is
the only in Polish and unfrequently in world literature.
