Ureteral injuries occurs in 0.5 to 1.6% of all gynecological operations.

Neighbouring of reproductive system to urinary tract in female make probability

of injury much higher The most common sites of injury are at the level of

infundibulo-pelvic ligament and the site where the ureter courses under the

uterine artery. Laparoscopy gives new possibilities of minimally invasive repair.

We present a case of 51 years old women who uderwent abdominal

histerectomy. In post-operative period right renal dilatation occurred caused

by ureteral flexing by peritonizing suture. On 8th day laparoscopy was

performed and peritoneal suture was released. The double-J catheter was

inserted and full recover was achieved.
