summary
- A case of 58-years old male with iatrogenic aneurysm of left kidney
- interlobular artery as a complication of Percutaneous nephrolithotrypsy is
- presented. To treat the lesion, selective embolization with tungsten mechanically
- detachable coils was performed. The procedure resulted in complete occlusion
- of the aneurysm with presenting of the parent artery blood flow. The authors
- believe that selective embolization with coils should be a method of choice in
- treatment of renal artery aneurysms.
