summary

A case of 58-years old male with iatrogenic aneurysm of left kidney
interlobular artery as a complication of Percutaneous nephrolithotrypsy is
presented. To treat the lesion, selective embolization with tungsten mechanically
detachable coils was performed. The procedure resulted in complete occlusion
of the aneurysm with presenting of the parent artery blood flow. The authors
believe that selective embolization with coils should be a method of choice in
treatment of renal artery aneurysms.
