Wilms' tumour (nephroblastoma) is very rare in adults. The patient, 45-

year-old woman underwent radical nephrectomy for renal tumour. Histologic

examination demostrated an adult Wilms' tumour (nephroblastoma). After

radical nephrectomy she was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy with

dactinomycin and vincristine and then immuno therapy with BCG. The patient

is disease free 12 years after treatment.
