Scrotal hernia with bladder wall involvement and left sided pyelocalyceal dilatation

summary

The case of rather big sliding scrotal bladder hernia is reported. The patient was operated and ex-tensive partial cystectomy and plasticity of inguinal canal has been done with Lichtenstein method. There was no complication. Disorders resolved and all of the mictiurition parameters were normal. Surgical result was estimated as very good.
