summary
- The author describes a case of hematuria lasting 4 months. Urography has shown nega-tive shadow in the right renal pelvis. Selective angiography of the right kidney was normal. Cystoscopy has shown hematuria from the right ureter. Performed surgery has shown normal
- renal pelvis but behind it an additional artery was found which caused negative shadow. This additional vessel was removed. Hematuria ceased postoperatively. Consecutive urography has shown a decrease in negative shadow of renal pelvis.
