summary

The author describes a case of hematuria lasting 4 months. Urography has shown nega-tive shadow in the right renal pelvis. Selective angiography of the right kidney was normal. Cystoscopy has shown hematuria from the right ureter. Performed surgery has shown normal
renal pelvis but behind it an additional artery was found which caused negative shadow. This additional vessel was removed. Hematuria ceased postoperatively. Consecutive urography has shown a decrease in negative shadow of renal pelvis.
