summary

The paper presents a case of very rare coexistenace of two histologically different neoplasms in one kidney in 61-year old man without clinically overt tuberous sclerosis. Renocellular cell carcinoma (RCC) and angiomyolipma (AML) were pathologically diagnosed in nephrectomy specimen. Studies before surgery suggested renocellular cancer and a few-single cysts. The course of disease was asymptomatic and the renal tumor was incidentally detected in ultrasonography.
