Wilms' tumour in an adult man

summary
- The authors report a case Wilms' tumour in an adult man aged 27 years in view of rare occurrence of this embryonal nephroma in this age group. In yiew of non-characteristic and scant clinical manifestations the diagnosis is difficult before the operation. In advanced neoplasm, when the tumour is palpable, surgical treatment followed by cobalt-60 radiotherapy and Cytostatic agents is of Iow effectiveness.
