summary

We present the case of renal cancer localized in the isthmus of the horeshoe kidney. Primary diagnosis after ultrasound examination was confirmed by computer tomography. Pathological mass had 4 cm in diameter and it was localized in central and right part of the renal isthmus. There was no evidence of enlarged lymph nodes or distant metastases. Transperitoneal route was taken during surgery. The isthmus with the tumor was removed and lower poles of kidneys were separated. We didn't observe any complications. Four years after surgery there is no evidence of reccurence and both kidneys work normally.
