The paper presents sexual dysfunction problem in the aging male population. Erectile dysfunction etiology and physiological functions

including sexual activity under the influence of hormonal milieu during andropause are delineated. Diagnostic algorithm and therapeutic

scheme of erectile dysfunction in the aging male group are depicted.
