summary

Summary. We report a case of 60-year-old patient with cutaneous melanoma in stage IIA according to AJCC/TNM classification at diagnosis with metastases to the
urinary bladder and testes after one year. Secondary involvement of the urinary tract with melanoma is a common autopsy finding, but rarely evident clinically. There are few
cases of melanoma metastases to the urinary bladder and testes described in Polish literature.
The use of experimental therapy allowed to double the overall survival of the patient with visceral metastases comparing to the survival in literature data. New strategies
in cutaneous melanoma and other aggressive cancers increase survival.
