- The paper presents own experiences in transurethral ureterolitholapaxy, performed in 48 pa-
- tients. Effectiveness of treatment in ureterolithiasis was 70,8%. Some problems and complications
- were observed: perforation in 8,3%, migration of stone into pyelocalyceal system in 4,1% and the
- residual lithiasis in 6,25%. We have had also problems with rigid, difficult to calibration vesicalno-
- rifice in 8, 3%, ureteral stenosis in 4,1% and exceptional hardess of stone in 4,1%. The short period
- of hospitalization with still improvement eguipment makes ureterorenoscopy very useful tool in uro-
- logical diagnostics and treatment.
